Farewell to the Netherlands (for now)

We met our home on wheels today! And its driver, Matt. He and our guide Dimitri will be taking care of us for the next few weeks.
Home away from home
Mary's intense preparation for another day of touristing at our last stop in the Netherlands: Arnhem.
Dimitri introduced us to the Arnhem open air museum depicting life in the Netherlands through the years
Mary was more interested in a selfie πŸ˜†
Santa explained how wagon wheels were made
Sunroom for invalids (turn it to face the sun)
Thatched roof
Karen got to splash water on the sheets to bleach them the natural way.
Or you could get your windmill to wash the clothes
Idyllic paper mill
Pancakes for lunch. Each table shared one bacon pancake, one cheese pancake, and then dessert!
Best part: Despite threatening clouds, it didn't rain at all. πŸŒ‚
And it's on to Germany 🚍
